Previously, she was in a long-term relationship with English actor Hugh Grant. They first met in 1987 when they were working on a Spanish production, Remando Al Viento. They soon began dating and appeared together on many movie premieres and public events. Unfortunately, after 13 years of their relationship, they decided to split up. Grant then married British director and producer Anna Elisabet Eberstein. But, he is the godfather of her son Damian.
