Ladd Drummond is an American rancher. He is known as the co-owner of Drummond Land and Cattle Company. It is also one of the largest ranch estates in the country.
Ladd Drummond’ Early Life and Education:
He was born on January 22, 1969, in Nebraska, USA. He is the son of Chuck Drummond and his mother Nan Olsen. Ladd was raised alongside his two brothers Todd and Tim. Tragically, his brother Todd lost his life in a car wreck. He spent his childhood in Pawashka, Oklahoma.
From a very young age, his father taught him about the ranch, and slowly became good at operating machines, driving trucks, and manual labor.
Talking about his education, he attended Pawshka High School. Eventually, he attended Arizona State University.
Ladd Drummond’s Professional Life:
Ladd is the co-owner of the Drummond Ranch. He inherited the massive estate from his ancestors which has been passed through generations in the Drummond family. The land covers an area of 433,000 square miles. He raises more than 25 hundred horses and cattle on his massive ranch.
He, his brother Tim, and his father are the three partners of Drummond Land and Cattle Company. His cousin Thatcher works as an associate. The Drummond family is currently the 17-largest landowner in the U.S.A. Likewise, they have also opened a restaurant and a retail store ‘The Mecantire’ in 2016. They opened their business in an old downtown Pawushka building they bought and renovated in 2012.
