He was born on December 10, 1964, in New York City, New York, USA. He is the son of Bill Flay and Dorothy Barbara Flay. Bobby is the 4th generation of Irish Americans and was raised Catholic. He holds American citizenship and his horoscope sign is Sagittarius.
