Danny Koker is an American TV personality. He is best known for his appearance in the reality TV series Counting Cars. He is also the producer and creative force of the show.
Danny Koker’s Early Life and Education:
Koker was born on January 5, 1964, in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Born to a musician father Daniel Koker Sr., mother Mary Koker, and a sister Kim. His father used to be an official of the Ford Motor company. He presented Koker with a cruiser at the age of 8. Spending most of his childhood in Motor City Detroit, his long affairs with cars began to grow.
Regarding his education, he has not revealed anything about his academic qualifications. Although like most Americans he may be a high school graduate. Beginning his career at an early age, it is unknown if he attended college or not.
Danny Koker’s Professional Life:
Koker bought the Las Vegas TV Channel, Channel 33 and started appearing as “Count Cool Rider” and hosted the series Saturday Fright at the Movies in 1990. The show gave him fame and wider recognition from the people. Similarly, he also started restoring vintage cars and motorcycles at the same time. Eventually, he opened his own customization and restoration shop “Count’s Custom” in Las Vegas.
His business began to grow and started fulfilling the demands of each customer by making custom hot rods and choppers. His success started taking an uplift. Furthermore, in 2010, his appearance in the History Channel TV show Pawn Stars gave him surprise fame. The show had personalities like Rick Harrison, Richard Benjamin Harrison, and Corey Harrison. He appeared as himself in the show multiple times.
In 2012, History Channel came up with the series Counting Cars focusing on the daily works at Count’s Kustoms. His first episode “McQueen For A Day” attracted millions of viewers making it a massive hit. The show became the longest-running TV series on History Channel and is currently running on its eighth season. His fame from the show gained him many merchandise sales, promotions, and advertisements. Additionally, Koker also owns a successful restaurant Count’s Vamp’d with his wife Korie Koker, and a tattoo shop “Count’s Tattoo Company”.
