Scott Frost is a football (NFL) coach and a former NFL player. He currently is the coach of Nebraska Cornhuskers and former head coach at the University of Central Florida.
Scott Frost’s Early Life and Education
He was born on January 4, 1975, in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. He is the son of a high school football coach, Larry Frost, and former Olympic discus thrower, Carol Frost. Scott grew up with his brother Steve Frost. He belongs to the Caucasian ethnic background and his zodiac symbol is Capricorn.
Likewise, he attended Wood River High School in Nebraska and played as the team’s starting quarterback. Furthermore, he attended Stanford as a two year-letterman and transferred to Nebraska. He graduated with a B.A. in finance.
Scott Frost’s Professional Life
Scott Frost began playing football in his high school and college. After graduation, New York Jets selected him as a safety in the 1998 NFL Draft. He made his career start against the Buffalo Bills on October 9, 2000. He also gained his first career sack against the Oakland Raiders’ Rich Gannon and his first career interception against Rob Johnson.
Green Bay Packers signed him on December 19, 2001, but due to his injuries, he didn’t appear in any games. He was waived on December 17, 2002. He played his final NFL season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2003. Then after he coached at the University of Central Florida and currently coaches the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Scott Frost is a married man. He tied his knots with his long-term girlfriend Ashley Neidhardt. The couple dated for two years prior to their marriage. They first met in 2013 and began their relationship. After two years of dating, he finally proposed to Ashley in October 2015.
